I'm not 100% certain I'm gluten intolerant, I've never been diagnosed. But, I can tell you, I feel so much better when I eliminate gluten from my diet. So that's enough for me to lean towards Gluten Free living. I wanted a yummy healthy oatmeal for the winter months breakfasts and found this one. They are easy to prepare, tasty and easy to prepare (yes, I said it twice cause that's important to me). My favorite is the Banana Maple with Flax with a banana cut up in it. At 180 calories per packet, it's a good solid breakfast that will keep you full until lunch. It also has 4g of fiber and 6g of protein. Give it a try!
