Today I chose to do the 5.08 mile loop in the Laguna Coast Wilderness Park. It was sunny and quiet, perfect for some Monday afternoon sweating and moving meditation. I started at the parking lot by the Nix Nature Center and did the counter-clockwise loop starting with the Stagecoach South Trail.
I always seem to find something interesting to shoot when on the trails and today was no exception. Between the snowcapped peaks to the north (Mt. Baldy, I presume), the hawks dancing and flying around me and the heart shaped cactus, I was a happy hiker.
